  1. I thought the Tories could no longer disappoint me. But this brain fart of Moggy so a). very dumb, and b). a complete betrayal of the voters, it is ridiculous. This would have been rejected in a script for Yes Minister for being too absurd, but might have featured in a Monty Python skit.
