  1. It is possible to evade paying taxes by having three homes in three different tax zones. This has been known amongst e.g. expats for a long time. But to really investigate it, we need to check the entry and departure details in her passport, and count the number of days she is in the UK -- which no-one will actually do. To solve this tax hole, there needs to be an international agreement that everyone will pay a minimum amount of taxes somewhere. Everybody should then register in which country where they own a house they will pay taxes.
