  1. There is some doubt on whether Bozo is just a simpleton being played by some puppet master, or whether he does have some plan, albeit a selfish one. Personally I lean to the former opinion, due to the level of unpreparedness he displayed during the Brexit negotiations last summer. But here Phil has pointed out another excellent point supporting the first opinion. If Bozo actually is in control of things, surely he would have been rearing to get out of the starting blocks... I would pity the poor sod, if not for the serious consequences of his betrayal...
