  3. These people are so deluded! But I don't blame them so much, I blame those who do the deluding. That includes their church leaders. They should teach the Bible, including: * It was Jesus Himself who instituted the separation of Church and State. * It is not ours to judge others. * We should not impose burdens upon anyone, condemning "religious-based" laws. This applies to even other Christians, let alone non-Christians. * That God judges us on how we treat the poor, the orphans, the immigrants, the sick, the imprisoned. Not on whether we send women to prison for having an abortion. An abortion that is not even a crime according to the Bible, because life starts at birth not conception, according to the Bible.

  8. The problem isn't so much that she hears God, it is that she uses that as an argument. Most true Christians "hear from God", but they know better than to use that to convince people. Especially in politics, because God doesn't get involved much in politics. He works through people whether they know it or not, and regardless of their political persuasion. And God instituted the separation of Christianity and Politics, to keep Christianity pure. Vote for people with good ideas, not because they claim to "hear from God". Because you can be 100% certain that those people are trying to con you.
