Insisting that a something was a crime while 60 courts have determined that it isn't, is slander. When that lie incites people to rebel against the legal government, it is sedition.

These people are liars. IF there is any proof of fraud, present it to the judges. That they haven't, is proof that there was no fraud at the elections.

@dmreeoogdaq You are mistaken. There were some cases where a complaint was filed at the wrong court in that they had no jurisdiction over that complaint. That is not a technicality, that is a MAJOR fuck-up by the plaintiff. But there were other cases where the actual evidence was reviewed. Like the one where Guilliani was asked if he claimed there had been fraud, and he had to admit that "no, I don't claim fraud occurred". Team Trump loudly claims there was fraud in the media (where there is no penalty for lying), but dare not repeat these allegations in court where lying lands you in jail. That proves one thing: Team Trump is lying.

@dmreeoogdaq It is fine to ask questions. But this has gone way beyond asking questions. Team Trump is not asking questions. It is stating something as fact for which there is absolutely zero evidence. If there were evidence, don't you think there would have been a republican, Trump-appointed judge to agree with them? But none were found. Instead, even the trump-appointed judges laughed him out of court. And remember, there were investigations. You think the republican states like Georgia would have allowed massive fraud to be done? But the responsible state secretary has denied there was fraud and got death threats for it. Thinking he would not be honest about a republican win is just plain madness. So instead of trying to use the courts or the state electoral officials, Team Trump is now relying on the gullible to do sedition and treason for him, using violence to keep him in power. But it will fail, and Team Trump will be convicted for sedition. Better get used to it.

@dmreeoogdaq I absolutely agree that the Law should apply to everybody the same, all the time. I do not know the details of the changes in laws that you refer to, but there has indeed been one case in which a change in law was turned back by the courts. I applaud that. But as this has been dealt with, it is no longer a cause for concern. And certainly not for anger or sedition. I see an extremely worrying trend amongst Republicans to violate the constitution and other Laws. And they think they have the right to do that??? WTF??? WTF happened in Pennsylvania yesterday??? WTF happened last Wednesday in Washington??? WTF?????? But throughout the Trump reign, there have been dozens or even hundreds of WTF moments where he completely disregarded the Constitution or traditions. The courts will be very busy the coming years. Also the events of last week demonstrated there is a dire need for constitutional reform. That Trump is still in office is completely outrageous. The USA is the only "democratic" nation in the world where a president can still be in power even a day after what he did on the 6th.

@dmreeoogdaq Because the JUDGE ruled that said state did conduct the election constitutionally and legally. Who do you think you are to challenge the judgement of a judge? People who act on such presumption will face the Law and have that same judge pronounce JUDGEMENT over them. A minimum of 10 years in prison for anyone who attacks a federal building, according to your dear president.

@dmreeoogdaq No, you follow the legal process: you appeal, if need be to the Supreme Court -- either the State or USA supreme court, as is appropriate. And Team Trump did put several cases before SCOTUS -- and was denied every time, even though he himself put 3 judges there. But trying to get justice outside of the legal system -- as Trumpists seem to be proposing -- is not justice at all, it is sedition. And believe you me: sedition will be prosecuted by the next government, to the maximum extent of the Law.

@dmreeoogdaq For a supporter of the party of "Law and Order" you have very little understanding of how the legal system works. Judges are accountable, but not to you. The fundamental tenet of the "Rule of Law" is that when a judge speaks in judgement, everybody else listens. Even the executive -- especially the executive. Just imagine a baseball game where the loosing coach complained to the referee. And then the referee told him he lost. But instead of accepting his defeat, that coach then went to the National League that kept the records and violently attacked them to get the result overturned. What do you think will happen to that coach and his team? The core of the matter that it is the SCOTUS is authorized to interpret the Constitution. No-one else has that authority. The Republicans hold a strong majority in SCOTUS. So when your dear Führer is rebuked by SCOTUS, you must take that damn serious. By definition, rebelling against a verdict of SCOTUS is rebellion against the Constitution. If you think a judge violated the Constitution, take it up to SCOTUS. Only they are authorized to judge whether that judge did right or wrong. If you don't like the way the Constitution is applied, you can have it changed by Congress. But by trying to take justice into your own hands, you place yourself outside the Law. You become an Outlaw, with a bounty on your head.
