  3. The argument that "no-one lost money" is absurd. Banks require correct valuations to manage their risk portfolio. That has nothing at all to do with whether a particular loan was bad or good. Trump caused the Bank to run much more risk than they knew, which normally would mean (much) higher interest rates than for low-risk loans.
