  1. WOW! This is what the country needs. The Rule of Law is the basis of any and all stable governments, be they run by powerful monarchies or presidents, or just your run-of-the-mill democracy. The Rule of Law has a divine element, with Christianity, Judaism and Islam all believing God is the ultimate Lawgiver -- and who placed Himself under said Law, those being the ultimate example of Rule of Law. History has shown a slow convergence of all of humanity towards Rule of Law, except for some temporary backlashes.
