This whole episode just shows that going against feedback from the work floor is a baaad idea. Probably the producers should be held responsible, but I fear for that young armorer who was, it seems, out of her depth. On reason why it is a bad idea to hire junior people for a role like armorer is that you need people who are confident enough to push back against management when things become unsafe.

@KasumiRINA I am afraid you are right. They should learn from e.g. the Aerospace industry, where they rarely blame an individual because they know accidents like this are always caused by a multitude of reasons.
