  2. ​@spec Using tactical nukes would be a major escalation of the conflict. There would be a UN resolution authorizing an international intervention in the war. It would remove all hesistation from the West in getting involved. It would unleash Western Airpower in destoying the Russian armies and hunting down the nuclear troops on Russian soil as "special hunting operations". And Russia will be totally isolated until Putain is surrendered dead or alive to the International court of Justice -- or perhaps to the Ukrainians...
