  2. The MAGA crowd is not serving the American People. Simply by opposing military aid to Ukraine, they have stopped 60 BILLION dollars from being injected in to the USA economy. Because none of that aid is given as money. All of it is given in military hardware, produced in the USA. None of them deserves to be re-elected.

  5. This is a bit of a half-baked effort by Newsom. He should have given this treatment to people who in any way supply or aid a perpetrator of a school shooting, especially when the weapon itself is legal. (If the weapon is illegal, that is of course a crime covered by current legislation). Open up the legal gun and ammo manufacturers and salespeople to extortion if one of their guns is abused in this way. That is even not as bad as the Texas Travesty, as shooting innocent kids is of course a massive crime. In the Texas Travesty, the act that opens those who aided the woman to extortion, is completely legal in itself.

  6. ​ @johnnycaralta  There are already laws that protect corporations from frivolous lawsuits as long as they are diligent in protecting their workers. Why should that protection suddenly be extended? And why should this support package be put on hold until that is added to it? Makes no sense to me. McConnell is playing a political game for the benefit of his benefactors, over the backs and lives of the US people. What does make sense, from the way you answer, is that you look like a Russian-paid troll to me.

  7. The Supreme Court has determined that companies can give (huge) amounts of money to campaigns as if they are private individuals. That is one corner stone of the current corruption. To change it requires a changed Supreme Court.

It is up to the judges to determine who is right. But I am sure you have scored brownie-points with Bezos for defending his company...

  12. I have always wondered about the "christian" infatuation with Trump. In 2016 I gave Trump the benefit of the doubt, I didn't really know him. But his inauguration speech clinched it for me. In it, he dedicated the country to two great evils: Greed and Selfishness. I listened to it live, and I had to cry for grief because of what that man was unleashing in the USA and the world. USA, vote blue all the way. Because GOP congressmen have proven that they will act on Trump's behalf even when he isn't in power.

This shit show could be over in days if McConnell were to seek the interest of the People of the USA instead of the corporations. Blocking this relief package to get some new protections, while people are being evicted from their homes, is grossly, disgustingly inhumane, . Let their blood be on his head. Vote them out!
