While I feel very sorry for Mr Putin (not), I don't think we should be too concerned about his well-being. He crossed a terrible line that no-one should cross, trying to hold the world to ransom with his nuclear arsenal. That can not prove to be successful, or the free world will quickly fall to the boots of the dictators. We can not appease this man any more. We can not reward this monster with any gains from his aggression, or he will just regroup and strike again in a few years time. As long as the Ukrainians have the will to fight, we must support them with weapons. If Putin uses weapons of mass destruction, the West must retaliate by at the very least taking out the troops that fired those weapons, or capture and imprison them for crimes against humanity.
