  5. Interesting! About the change from salt to fresh water, it might be possible to allow some water inlet from the ocean to the enclosed north sea, as the Dutch have done with the Oosterschelde. It might even be possible to generate electricity from that!

Noblesse Oblige. The continuous pissing contest between US and the rest of the world also does a lot to increase pollution.
