  1. theres a problem with Russia negotiatin DIRECTLY with Germany over a wide range of issues ! FACE IT ! And also Germany plays the part of the reluctant(but instead VERY present) partner WITHIN EU . HOW this is supposed to ever work ? Not to mention how humiliating is for the smaller countries
