  3.  @darkdan3379  its a mix of everything ... even China has a big role in this bussines... but the BIGGEST culprits are the africans themselves that are grumpy and stubborn when someone lend them say..... 10% of a helping hand . Certaintly the great powers can do MORE but theres little apetite :(

  4. either way blockade or not... in about 5 years Africa realy NEEDS to find a new CHEAP grain supplier :( because UKR if enters EU will not sell for whatever price they want
