  8. NAH this is not much OF AN ACHIEVEMENT...this is so mild that cant be taken into consideration THE ARCTIC should be the bonus... the ARCTIC starts to be a strategic calculus now.. Once the adhesion of Sweeden will be fully completed , and if the war still exists....its time for the ARCTIC to become the next bargaining chip on the table
