Have to also recognise that some of these people are anti-immigration because they recognise that bad stuff was done to where they come from by the west or America and assume these immigrants intentions are hostile. That the immigrants are trying to get revenge for the wrongs (because it what they’d do) which then makes them more vulnerable to expectation bias of immigrants are out to get the locals and or reduce quality of living on purpose.
