  1. The detruction in trust of media is the fault of privately owned media itself. Unfortunately, there's not enough media literacy and criticality and that serves as a benefit to establisment, for-profit media. Forcing journalism into a profit first and competitive business model is antithetical to a just society and has long been erosive to democracy. And the last 50 years of that is clear
