Honestly - the fallout from Climate breakdown is so far a more immediate threat than nuclear threats and use due to the fact that the damage will be exponential and are already "baked in" by how our climate works and accumulates more and more energy. We know the facts, the scientists have been on the same page for 4 decades and have apparantly underestimated the affects of global warming seen since 2015, just 7 short years of no action has overwhelmed climate scientific data expectations or means tests. Nuclear strikes are in people's minds an immediate danger hence why we galvanise more quickly out of fear. It's a sickening tragedy how we (our governments, industries in our "democratic" governments) aren't feeling the same. Frog in a Boiling Pot syndrome
