  1. This is why they need body cams badly. Without it or any evidence to prove the cop guilty, they would just believe his defense as a sworn professional. That happens a lot and that the news skips over it as this would happen on a daily basis. But if this situation (w/o video evidence) involved a 43yr old white mother or father, that case would not be let away with so easy. This is the main reason that explains the ''Black Lives Matter'' slogan.
