  2. It's not that it has to be mined. The question is, who owns it, who invests in it, and the commodity prices. Same story with oil.

  3. It would be a lot simpler if citizens are entitled to their own land and resources together, just like what Bolivia had done before the US in 2019 orchestrated a bloody (and unsuccessful) coup against Morales.
