The English are stuck thinking that everything to do with Ireland is political decleration and promise (and that its not legally protected), brexit from the people's perspective is being politically promised to them and that's like promising to capture the 5" tall tooth fairy on camera for your child. He hid behind Lord Trimble with zero context. Where was he in mind 2018 when Trimble spear-headed the idea of demolishing the GFA, which Arlene Foster and her DUP regurgitated before the phrase landed in Westminister? Does Darren even know that Trimble and the DUP were against the construction of the GFA in the mid-1990s? But the whole beauty in the GFA was that all elements of Northern Irish life were incorporated and considered, including the amnesty of convicted para-military men including the comical Micheal Stone. - I bet by tenner Lord Trimble wrote amnesty for Stone.
