I think a much more realistic and past trodden response that was aimed toward other countries would be for the EU Parliment and Commission to formally chastise the USA on its neglegence and provoking of human rights abuses as well as blatantly unfree elections as witnessed in the Democratic Primary and an unfree national media campaign like CNN, MSNBC, etc. But your idea, Charl Herbest, just seems like an unfaithful argument that doesn't respect black people, or Europe for that matter.
