  2.  @chicagoan81  hey dachiagioan, you literally forgot the backdrop of workers' unions over some hundred years of American history. It's not completely as black and white as treating a population as pool of valuable resource that requires investment in education and quality of life (that's not to be confused with consumerism), and by default their fault when we're all not attractive for a business for whatever reason, the biggest being wage labour, the wages of "low skilled" labour, unionising, taxes, etc
