I didn't see that part of him saying that. There is no way he'd add on to saying he'd get rid of some teachers based on race and THEN say that...Insane to think he'd win.

@DH-xw6jp How did Idiocracy become real life? I sucked at math, but c'mon. They couldn't make it any more obvious they want a peasant class of uneducated radicals that will then just be uneducated slaves. They've done this before in history and the aftermath of such things lasts decades. The current generation is damaged, so we can expect to see the real cost, unless things don't go favorably.

@innocentbystander3317 Indeed. I know they slip it in whenever and however they can, but it just defies reason how they'd work it in and it not strike students with some confusion. At least my initial thinking just in the classroom, forgetting that the culture outside says it's trendy to be a Communist.

@darkfog360 This. I thought business class was a stupid elective when it should have been mandatory. We need it daily compared to some classes, foreign nations do it. Throw in homemaking classes too, because near all neglect this. I know more men that cook than women.

This. I never looked at the race of my teachers, but how they treated me and taught. Even if I didn't get along with them, I still could respect them if I learned something. My two favorite teachers were white. They took time to encourage me in classes I was supposedly weak in, Science and English. One recommended me for her CP out of TP the next year and though I'm legally retarded in math, I got a B+ in Chemistry. They were both attractive and that had nothing to do with the supreme effort I put forth. Thank you Ms. Brown and Ms (now a Misses, I believe) McNeil.

It's hard to be as defiant as DeSantis is. I'm not sure about him, but he seems to want to take things a better place. Have to wait and see, but at least he's not a full on racist like the other guy.

I'm happy. I was about to dip out of here for Missouri. Still might, depends, but there is some hope for the direction things will go. Not because Republican, but because people are paying more attention to things like they used to decades ago. I just hope they don't act blind because their party is in now and ignore the wrong they may enact. We will only know if these in now don't try and cease the power gained through corruption.

Where I'm living there will be some very upset members of the community fortifying their yards more with signs. It took just one year for Virginia to turn around, which I didn't think would happen at all.
