  1. As I'm black, how do these people not see their actions as racist? You're not helping by hiring me for my skin color, because you can just as quickly fire me for the same reason. It's a lot harder if you are qualified and work speaks for itself. But it's obvious what they want; to divide the people further. Make one group made enough over the decisions these companies make so that the groups hate each other.
