@hi-sm6dx The content creators weren't smart for putting their eggs in one basket. Everyone in business and investment knows this. If you hang onto money and not principle, however difficult that choice may be, then welcome to those that sell out for a pyacheck. If no top creators can pool together to crate another platform or want to, then how important is the content creation? The choice is submit or die, essentially. but the vast majority of people are too lazy and too concerned with conformity and comfort to deal with big changes. These people will suffer the most because they waited til the last minute.

@hi-sm6dx Why are you assuming I meant something similar to Youtube? One can have a day job and a side job just in case. Something to fall back on, savings to start over again. This is called planning ahead, not betting on the biggest paycheck always being there. Again, it comes down to planning smart. If one thinks this kind of platform was sustainable without running into this possibility ever, then they join the many that got burned in 2008 only seeing $$$ and not looking at sustainability. And no there isn't. Some Youtubers have uploaded videos elsewhere. It is their content, not Youtubes, I thought that much was obvious. It's not Twitch.
