  1. People can be addicted to anything, especially with an addictive personality. It's very easy for a person to get mentally dependent on something that comforts them as a coping mechanism. There are people that ignore life and will game as much as possible, usually the fault of parents (whether the individual is young or grown). I don't think that will be easy to prove as I can't see any of those people raising their hand to say they identify, so the main thing is going to be parents that have kids that empty their account or have issues dropping games with gambling mechanics.
