If people seriously think the files weren't redacted before or would not be later, you were hoping for a dream. It was going to have people that don't want to be named and would bring a lot down if released. It's more the fact Patel or Bondi aren't saying what exactly is taking place is the issue. They could be at odds already and not trying to show it publicly, but it very much is a bad look. It could very well be them not having control over agents and they covered up things for their side. But again, they should have expected this and not announced they'd release what might be compromised long ago.
