  1. You haven't read the decision carefully enough. It gives absolute immunity but ONLY in respect of official acts of the President. It does NOT give immunity for criminal acts carried out by the President. The decision itself specifically states that "the President is not above the Law."

  3. No, Biden CAN'T send in SEAL Team 6 to rub out Trump, or anyone else. The decision says the President has absolute immunity but only in respect of the President's "official duties". It is no part of the President's official duties to commit criminal acts, especially not murder. As the decision itself says - "The President is not above the law."
