  1. Wrong. What you are failing to to understand is that, as the decision itself says, the President is not above the law. Murdering political opponents cannot be said to be an official act of the President.

  2. The decision says that only Presidential duties can have absolute immunity, but that doesn't extend to criminal acts like murder.
