Even if SCOTUS allowed immunity to Presidents and ex-Presidents, you are assuming that Biden would actively consider murdering a political opponent. Trump committed crimes while in office from 2016 to 2020, including attempting to overthrow a legitimate election and the theft of government documents, including top secret military papers, and repeatedly lying about voter fraud. Even if he hadn't run for the 2020 election, he would still be facing charges relating to 2016-2020. As for Biden being corrupt, you have conveniently forgotten that last year the Republican chairman of the Senate Oversight Committee publicly stated that, after months of investigating the Bidens for wrongdoing, they found no evidence of criminality. So my question to you is WHAT corruption?
