  12. Wrong. Biden listens to his White House advisers, the very people he is supposed to listen to. They are paid to brief him on current issues. That's their job. They are not "the wrong people". When Trump was in the WH he refused to read the policy briefs prepared by his own WH advisers. He didn't listen to anyone. As a result he made disjointed, irrational and often downright stupid comments on air.
