Under the Constitution an officer of the government, and that includes the President, is disqualified from holding office if they breach any of certain requirements of the Constitution. One of these is that an officer has engaged in an insurrection or encouraged such an insurrection against the government. It has nothing to do with "activist judges" or "compromised intelligence and military officials". The judges have to decide if the Constitution has been breached. That's their job. The people decide on who represents them, BUT only if the person they wish to elect hasn't breached the Constitution. Is that so hard to understand?

And no, the election wasn't fraudulent. Fox News paid 750,000 dollars in an out of court settlement because they lied about there being voter fraud.

"We the people" doesn't get around the fact that candidates for public office, including that of President, can only be voted into office by "we the People" provided they don't breach the terms of the Constitution. The court has judged that Trump DID breach the Constitution by inciting an insurrection on 6 January 2021.
