No. You don't understand. Under the Constitution an officer of the government, and that includes the President, is disqualified from holding office if they breach any of certain requirements of the Constitution. One of these is that an officer has engaged in an insurrection or encouraged such an insurrection against the government. It has nothing to do with "activist judges" or "compromised intelligence and military officials". The judges have to decide if the Constitution has been breached. That's their job. The people decide on who represents them, BUT only if the person they wish to elect hasn't breached the Constitution. Is that so hard to understand?

But he is disqualified under the Constitution. It's the law. It isn't a question of choice. Don't you understand that?

No. What you can smell is Donald Trump.
1
No. Voting for Trump doesn't bring joy or happiness.
1
No, he didn't. What he told his supporters on 6 January 2021 was to go to the Capitol building and "fight like hell" to prevent the legal certification of the election. And what do you mean "they still can't prove anything"? Trump is on tape telling his supporters exactly that. It's on tape! Everyone heard him say it. Were you sleeping under a rock? And no, the election wasn't fraudulent. Fox News paid 750,000 dollars in an out of court settlement because they lied about there being voter fraud.
1
This is utter nonsense. The President alone has the power to call out the National Guard. Trump, still being President on 6th January 2021, could have called them out if he decided it was necessary. He didn't need to ask Pelosi. It wasn't her call.
1
Nancy Pelosi didn't have the power or the authority to call in the National Guard, as many suggest. The President alone has that power. On 6 January 2021 Trump was still President. He could have called the National Guard to the Capitol but didn't. His claim that he asked Pelosi to call them out, but that she refused, is an out and out lie.
1
No, he is opining on what he thinks the law says on the subject. It's what judges - and ex-judges - do.
1
If you think Trump is the best President of a lifetime, you are incapable of rational thought. He is a liar, a cheat, an insurrectionist, a thief and a traitor. And you believe every lie he tells you. Why?
1
Biden a traitor? Democrats are all communists? Are you trying to look stupid? We Europeans know a communist when we see one and you don't have any in the US. And exactly how have you concluded that Biden is a traitor? What traitorous act did he commit? It is Trump who is the traitor. You seem to forget that it was Trump who stole government papers, including top secret ones relating to US nuclear weapons, and refused to return them to the National Archives.
1
No. That's Fox News' job.
1
But under the Constitution Trump ISN'T qualified to be President. He instigated an insurrection, or did you forget?
1
"We the people" doesn't get around the fact that candidates for public office, including that of President, can only be voted into office by "we the People" provided they don't breach the terms of the Constitution. The court has judged that Trump DID breach the Constitution by inciting an insurrection on 6 January 2021.
1
No it isn't fake news. It's the truth. But you don't like it.
1
Serious crimes indeed, particularly espionage. Many Trump supporters seem unaware that in the 1950s two US citizens, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, were convicted of passing nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union. They were executed in the electric chair.
1
Trump is not making a come back. He's preparing for jail.
1
No. The law does.
1
The Proud Boys leader WAS there at the Capitol! He was filmed. That's why he was jailed. Trump wasn't there. Why are you speaking nonsense?
1
Trump is not making a come back. He's preparing himself for jail.
