@rudolfbrowne8754 Even such quintessentially British bands and artists such as the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Who, the Kinks, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Queen, Genisis, Annie Lennox, Kate Bush, the Electic Light Orchestra, David Bowie, Bryan Ferry, etc., etc.?

@stedevo3812 No, they are not exactly the same. They are separate special forces units. 22 SAS is an army regiment primarily tasked with land-based operations, whereas the Special Boat Service is the Royal Navy's special forces unit. Until a few years ago they had separate selection courses. But now both SAS and SBS candidates go through "Special Forces" selection, which lasts 6 months. At the end of that period, successful SAS candidates are "badged". But SBS candidates who have passed this SF course, still have a further few months of training to complete, this time in amphibious warfare, before they can be "badged" as "swimmer/canoeists " in the SBS. Given that in the first 6 months of training, however, the SBS have undergone the same selection process as the SAS, they are sometimes sent on land-based operations alongside their their SAS colleagues. That is why the SBS were deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan alongside the SAS.

@poorman7526 No, not just like America during 9/11. That was one attack which killed 3,000. London alone was bombed on 57 consecutive nights in 1940 and 1941. 30,000 Londoners were killed. And there were also multiple bombing raids on Plymouth, Portsmouth, Exeter, Dover, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Coventry, Liverpool, Belfast, Swansea, Cardiff, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle, Clydebank, etc.

Actually you are wrong about the Dresden raid. It wasn't, as Nazi apologists claimed after the war, an attack on a non-military target designed simply to kill civilians for no good reason. Firstly, far from being a neutral target, the City was a centre of the production of armaments. It was also a major transport hub for German troops transferring to the Russian Front. Secondly, Churchill was under pressure from Stalin to bomb the city to ease the pressure on Russian divisions near to Dresden. Arthur Harris, Head of RAF Bomber Command, is often blamed for the bombing of Dresden, but he was ordered to do so by Churchill, and the Chief of the Air Staff, Marshal of the RAF Sir Charles Portal. And thirdly, in their rush to blame Britain alone for the bombing, everybody conveniently forgets that the Americans also bombed Dresden. Finally, you talk in emotive terms of the firebombing of the city. What about the fire bombings of Coventry, Clydebank, Liverpool, London, etc.? The Luftwaffe also used incendiary bombs well as high explosives. It wasn't just the allies.

What about "the horror done" by France, Belgìum, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Portugal in their respective colonies ? Why do people like you only point the finger at Britain which in any case less oppressive than the colonial regimes of other countries. (And before you mention the Bengal famin of WW2 the claim that Churchill deliberately starved the Bengali population, is untrue. There were a number of different conflicting factors at work. It wasn't, as some Indian authors have claimed, a planned genocide of the Bengali people. Serious Indian historians do not suggest it was. And what other "atrocities" do you claim Britain committed? Name them. Are you aware of what the Spanish "Conquistadors" did to the native peoples of Central and South America? Or the Dutch in their East India colonies? Or the butchery personally ordered Belgian King in the Belgian Congo, or the mistreatment of the native people in France's African colonies? Etc., etc. And yet you and others only ever denounce the British Empire alone. And here's another matter you never address. How is it that it former British colonies chose, of their own free will, to become members of the British Commonwealth, which was essentially a club of former British colonies with Queen Elizabeth II as its Head. (By the way, the Commonwealth did not, as some of its critics claim, pay any taxes to Britain. Nor was the Queen, or the British Government "in charge" of the Commonwealth. It was a free association of former colonies who chose voluntarily to retain links with Britain. There was no coercion. They were free to leave at any time. Some did. Most chose to stay, including, tellingly, India. How many other former colonial empires have formed similar "clubs"? None.

@EllieMaes-Grandad And with an apparent callous disregard for the victims of German bombing. Were the civilians of Guernica, Warsaw, Rotterdam, London, Coventry, Liverpool, Birmingham, Manchester, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Clydeside, Swansea. Cardiff, etc., to blame for their own fates? And for the record, firestorms happened in London, Coventry, Clydeside. etc. as well. Also, let's not pretend that the Germans (as some claim) only bombed military targets. That was not so. Ever heard of the Baedeker air raids? Look them up.

No, she has not "been in office" for 4 years. You obviously don't have a clue what the role of a Vice-president is all about. VPs do not hold office. They don't have a role in the running of the US Government. (And no, Biden did NOT appoint Harris "Border Czar". That was a Republican lie.) The position of vice-president has often been described as a "non-job". The vice-president has no official function in American politics. Yes, they chair Congress, and certain Senate committees, but they are not actually involved in the day to day policy making of the US Government. That is the President's role. Not the Vice-president. The President is not even required to keep the Vice-president informed of confidential government defence matters. As an example, when President Roosevelt died in April 1945 White House staff had to frantically brief the new President, Harry Truman, about US plans to use the secretly developed atomic bomb on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He didn't know anything about it. Why? Roosevelt hadn't bothered to tell him. So why does the VP exist? To provide a named successor to the President should they die in office, either through natural causes or assassination. It is vital that the government continues without pause. The alternative would be political chaos. A government without a head of state. When President Kennedy was assassinated on 22 November 1963 in Dallas, his successor, Lyndon Johnson, was sworn in as President on board Airforce One within an hour of the official confirmation of Kennedy's death.

Really? What about the long list of American traitors? - Aldrich Ames, David Henry Barnett, David Boone, Christopher Boyce, Thomas Cavanagh, Lona Cohen, Morris Cohn, Judith Coplon, Harry Gold, David Greenglass, James Hall III, Robert Hansenn, Mildred Harnack, Arvid Jacobson, Robert Lee Johnson, William Kampiles, Andrew Dalton Lee, Robert Lipka, Clayton Lonetree, Richard Miller, Ronald Pelton, Michael Peri, Earl Pitts, Roy Rhodes, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg (both executed in the electric chair), Morton and Myra Soble, Robert Soblen, Robert Thomson, George Troyimoff, Jerry Whitworth, John Walker Jr., Michael Walker. What an even bigger clown show...

@vcab6875 And did Americans also betray their country and their allies? They certainly did. Here's the list of American traitors - Aldrich Ames, David Henry Barnett, David Sheldon Boone, Christopher Boyce, Thomas Cavanagh, Lona and Morris Cohen, Judith Coplon, Harry Gold, David Greenglass, James Hall, Robert Hanssen, Mildred Harnack, Arvid Jacobson, Robert Lee Johnson, William Kampiles, Andrew Dalton Lee, Robert Lipka, Clayton Lonetree, Richard Miller, Ronald Pelton, Michael Peri, Earl Pitts, Roy Rhodes, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg (both executed in the electric chair), Morton and Myra Soble, Robert Soblen, Robert Thomson, George Troyimoff, Jerry Whitworth, John Walker Jr and Michael Walker. How's THAT for a Clown Show?

@vcab6875 Why do you keep deleting my comment listing American traitors? @vcab6875 So yet again you have deleted the list of 35 American traitors who passed secrets to the Soviets. Do you think that by doing so you have somehow "won"? Here again is the list. Aldrich Ames, David Henry Barnett, David Sheldon Boone, Christopher Boyce, Thomas Cavanagh, Lona and Morris Cohen, Judith Coplon, Harry Gold, David Greenglass, James Hall III, Robert Hansenn, Mildred Harnack, Arvid Jacobson, Robert Lee Johnson, William Kampiles, Andrew Dalton Lee, Robert Lipka, Clayton Lonetree, Richard Miller, Ronald Pelton, Michael Peri, Earl Pitts, Roy Rhodes, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, Morton and Myra Soble, Robert Soblen, Robert Thomson, George Troyimoff, Jerry Whitworth, John Walker Jr, and Michael Walker. As I've said, an even bigger "Clown Show" of traitors than the British "Clown Show ". Deleting this list yet again will simply prove to one and all that you can't handle the truth.

UK armed police, not just English armed police. While this car chase obviously happened in England, it is important to get the point across to American viewers that ALL police forces in the UK...in Scotland, England and Wales, not just in England...have specialist firearms officers (in Northern Ireland the police are routinely armed). Armed police are on guard at Royal Palaces (not just in London, but also at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, and, while the monarch is in residence, at Balmoral), as well as at the likes of Downing Street, major railway stations and airports, and for example, the Scottish Parliament Building in Edinburgh, etc. In addition, every police force in Scotland, England and Wales has Armed Response Vehicles on patrol.

I am a European. Let me tell you something. The entire world does NOT see what you claim. What we see, and have seen all along, is that far from Biden, or even the Democrats, "destroying the US", the current administration has restored the US economy, and repaired the damage done to the economy by Trump. He was a disaster as President and was regarded by world leaders as an incompetent buffoon. He didn't do any of what Trumpers claim. And the only reason he is claimed not to have caused any wars is simply because he sucƙed up to Russia, China and North Korea while condemning his own NATO allies. As for Russia's invasion of the Ukraine, Putin had planned to do so anyway. Putin regarded Trump as a "useful idiot", the same term Stalin used to describe western supporters of Soviet Communism. Putin did not regard Trump as a revered ally, as many Trump supporters naively thought. And as for Jan 6th 2021, you are still trotting out the myth that Capitol police let "peaceful" protesters into the building and guided them around as if they were a party of tourists. You completely ignore the footage which we all saw of violent insurrectionists breaking into the building, and causing damage, some of them carrying signs saying "Hang Mike Pence". Stop lying to yourselves. The rest of the world are witnesses.

I don't agree that only the US has top quality health care. The quality of health care in the UK or any other major European countries - France , Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc., is just as high. If you need medical treatment you will get it, and get ìt quickly. The difference is that medical treatment is free at the point of delivery. If on the other hand you are looking for elective, non critical treatment, such as cosmetic surgery, under the NHS then you may have to wait a while. If you want such surgery in the US - provided you can afford it - the waiting time will be shorter. But equally, in Europe you can opt for private treatment if you are looking for a shorter waiting period.

@scotthullinger4684 RETAINING GOVERNMENT PAPERS. When it was stated that after leaving the WH Trump was still in possession of government papers, some of them top secret, his immediate reaction was to deny it. Then he admitted he had them, but claimed he was entitled to keep them. In the case of classified documents, that is simply untrue. Such documents can by declassified by the President before leaving office, but there is a strict procedure laid down for the declassification of documents which involves returning the documents to the National Archives so the classification markings can be removed. The President cannot simply declassify them by merely "thinking about it", as Trump claimed. That is a nonsense and any sensible person would understand that. 6TH JANUARY 2021. Trump told his supporters to go to the Capitol and "fight like hell." to prevent the certification of the votes for the election. He also called for the VP to be hanged for treason when he refused to co-operate. It's on record. We all heard him say it. ELECTION FRAUD. Trump repeatedly lied about election fraud and tried to pressure State officials to "find extra votes" to swing the election. On the question of the alleged fraud, a Trump appointed judge asked Rudy Giuliani in court "Where's your evidence of fraud?" he replied "We are not alleging fraud. " Giuliani was happy enough to stand in front of TV cameras to falsely allege election fraud, but he didn't dare lie about it in front of a judge in court, otherwise he would lose his law licence. BIDEN'S ALLEGED CRIMES" After years of searching, the Republican Party has been unable to come up with any evidence that Biden, or any member of his family, has committed any crime that would justify prosecution.
