I get the feeling that the Russian collapse will come unexpectedly and quickly, it will take everyone, including the 'genius' Putin by surprise and then HE will be fighting for his personal survival. One Russian general has been quoted as saying that the Ukraine can soon possibly field 1 million troops and that the attack has been a failure, I think he has since been carted off to jail which is what happens when one speaks the truth in a totalitarian dictatorship. Although this figure might seem high it is possible given the Ukrainian will to resist against invaders who seem intent on murder, rape and pillage. The Ukrainians have just been supplied with HIMAR from the US which have the capacity to devastate Russian supplies far to the rear, an army which can't keep it's troops supplied has no hope of winning and Russian is running out of supplies anyway (Gravitas Indian news not mine). Other long range artillery has also been delivered from Germany and the UK where the Ukrainians have recently been trained by the British in its use. These will, in the coming days, have a telling effect on already extended and vulnerable lines of supply. Putin and his generals paid scant attention to the logistics of this war and his troops are paying dearly for it and they will pay even more in days to come. Putin will either have to recognise that he cannot win or be overthrown, the West is determined to keep supplying Ukraine with weapons which are far in advance of Russia's and in far more plentiful supply. To put it succinctly Putin needs to order his troops back to Russia while he still has enough men to prop up his corrupt regime or he will fall like every dictator before him has, in a hail of bullets.
