  1. No...that's why he said the 2,000km at Daytona was 1242.742 miles. 1 km = .621371 of a mile 1 mile = 1.60934 miles That's why it sounds more impressive to say top speeds in km.

  3. Actually No...since when they ran the record...that engine...wasn't an option. It was a 1 of 3 modified special. A "Production car" to have the record has to have 25 of that model built...that's Why the ONE:ONE doesn't have ANY Production car records. There are Rules to qualify and Koenigsegg (as much as I like their cars) cheated like BUGATTI (ALWAYS does) in top speed records. It Record would still stand for "Fastest street legal speed on a public road". Also the Koenigseggs are only great at 0<300km/h and top speed....They Absolutely SUCK at 0<60 (0<100km/h) or even 0<200km/h, and track times.
