  1. Any Technician knows that with any kind of warranty, they want documented proof. It's Sad, that nody has a straight edge in that shop. I wouldn't be surprised if they only warranty for a new head... seen that happened at a ford dealership.

  2. To be far... that kind of B.S. poor engineering is with all brands. Just some midels are easier than others. Dealership warranty flat rate is a Joke. Retired as a BMW master tech. Everyone always asked, " Would you ever buy a new model", hell No. Old manual M3..that's a different story. All new models are junk, harder to work on. We constantly replaced high pressure fuel pumps on 335i/535i when they came out. Quiet a few on the same cars after only a few thousand miles.
