  2. LOL, McLaren "Really" likes to UP-Sell services. You don't need to replace good tires after 3 yrs with no wear/OR need to track a car to when replacing them, LOL. That's a SUCKER's Commission. NJ is one of those places that service them (BMW US headquarters)...Luckily I had a buddy working their that talked to the engineer to take me for a ride in one during it's service..better yet it was one of the F1 LMs ;-)

  3. The price is ALL in the service upcharge. The tires cost <$1,000 a set......BUT then you have to Rent a track for them to "Dial" everything in, LOL. Same goes with the Veyron (BS). They said the tires cost $70k because you had to send it to france to replace them(tires themselve were said to be $17k)...And the rim were said to only be good for 3 tire replacements before they need replacing and thats $125k. Also the tires are said to be good for 15,000 miles or 4 yrs.
