  2. The way Mumbai is developed. Even the "rich" areas don't look rich. It's just usually older buildings which are now very expensive to live in but the surrounding infrastructure doesn't look like it is in a rich country. But if you go to Delhi then the Lutyens area definitely looks "rich". Malabar Hills has a lot of rich people but most of the time the residents won't be walking around unless it is for a run or maybe to go to the park like PDP or maybe just for a quick pop into a grocery store. The Mumbai wealth is a little more stealth wealth but if you go to Delhi it is a lot more ostentatious.
