  1. Frankly in urban India at least except for NCR, most people don't seem to drive very frequently outside of their city. Like people in Kolkata for instance don't drive outside of it that much. If most of your driving is restricted to an urban area and if you can charge at home, your problem is mostly solved and then essentially a matter of cost.
