  3. "People creating the value should get it" - Apparently not the ownership of it according to Dan Price. The reason he's not going to split the equity equally among his employees is because after reducing his salary, if his equity is the same as his employees, they're not his employees, he too is the same as any other employee. He won't be able to accept that as the leader.

  4. Hardly when you keep 100% of ownership. In other companies, your good employees get stock options so that they earn into the success of the company when they exercise their options.
