  2. If Paris Hilton were actually to get 50m out of 2.5b. That would be 98% tax. That is after the money has already been taxed throughout the lifetime before the person's death. Basically, someone worked their whole life to pay taxes only to find out that upon death, 98% of whatever remained is going to be taken by Kyle Kulinski.
