  1. Activist courts can be a big problem. Courts ought to stick to the law. However, being able to overturn supreme court decisions by simple majority is a recipe for disaster. The bar needs to be much higher.

  2.  @jackcaffrey8493  2/3 majority to overrule a supreme court decision. That requires broad support or an extremely strong government that has a huge public mandate.
