  1. It has everything to do with Black people because they have to artificially decrease the number of Asian admits to make sure they admit more Blacks for the pure reason of promoting "diversity". Harvard has already admitted to doing this. The only argument they're making is that it should be legal to discriminate on the basis of race if diversity is the goal.

  2.  @juanitasmith1737  This is literally not true. California does not have affirmative action. Their state universities have huge asian student populations as a result. Just check out the University of California system. Asians don't have a direct fight with Black people as such. The issue is the admins who want to select more Black people for the sake of racial diversity. Technically, it may look like a fight against Black people but in reality, it's just more about fighting for equal treatment in education across races. (Yes, I recognize that in the short to medium term, this will result in lower admissions of Black people and by the way, likely lower admissions of non-jewish whites too).
