  2. I went to both and finally chose Dubai because it worked better for me at this time. But Singapore is a decent choice too.

  3. Miami is part of the United States which still makes it subject to all of the US law, whether it is regulation or taxation. Latin Americans don't care because their countries are high tax and they simply find it a safe place with a good lifestyle where they can still be connected to their culture.
