  7. In Hong Kong, bus terminals are build underneath buildings. So you will have a residential building above the bus terminal. Not such a unique concept when you have space constraints.

  9. People who want rewards use credit cards instead of UPI. If I can pay 1000 rupees or pay effectively 996.77 rupees by credit card, I will prefer the credit card.
