I want to ask my fellow countrymen, why are we so obsessed with putting visas into FTAs? Did South Korea or Japan ask for visas? Why does the Indian government have to be an accomplice in emigration out of the country?

@Sol-ps8ox I think I can give you many examples of how foolish officials are. India should encourage people to build things in India. There should not be any restriction on people to leave. It is a free world. But the Indian government should not be arranging work visas for Indians to settle abroad. Trade does not equal freedom of movement.

@Sol-ps8ox Where is the evidence that outmigration will directly lead to business opportunity for India? NRIs and OCIs remit and their remittances are valuable but is it really more valuable than an NRI staying in India and paying Indian taxes? If someone from India just moves to the UK to work for the UK National Health Service or let's say they go to the UK to work for Deloitte, how is this bringing benefit to India. Can anyone show the direct linkages of benefit to India? Why this the government arranging visas for such people? People can get visas on their own and all countries should get to decide who they want to give visas to.
