But meantime, the rich was getting richer, and the poor wasn't getting a damn thing. That's how the crack epidemic came to play; people wanted to get rich, and wanted it fast. So they committed genocide in the ghettos to do it!! The "War on Drugs" was also bullshit, 'cause it was a faster way in getting more people in jail, that's it!!
