That is actually not true. I see men who are lonely long for connection more than women do overall. But it still depends on the person.

There are many who are regardless of gender but they just don’t want to admit it. I think deep down most people long for a partner to accompany them.

I agree and my parents taught me that as a woman from the beginning so I know how it is. Many women are too arrogant!

@kokoyaro Not all but isn’t 5ex one of the things in any romantic relationship? It is normal but I am sure many long for support and companionship just like anyone.

That is not true as I know many single women who are happy. But yes, some need a man to survive.

@TJ2000-d8g Thanks and yes, I had great parents and I have all brothers so I see it from a man’s perspective better than most people do. People go on and on blaming either the man or woman only when things go wrong but they forget to realize that it takes 2 to tango. However, in some cases, one is more at fault than the other. But I must say that women tend to get it easier than men at times too. People sadly fail to realize that. I constantly hear people preach about the women wanting this and that, but what about the men? They always say happy wife happy life which I don’t agree with. It should be happy couple happy life. You both need to be happy. Sorry that it did not work out for you and your wife but at least you are friends with her now. Many exes are extremely bitter towards each other after their divorce. I love the response of HK actress Carina Lau when they asked her if she gave her husband who is also an actor a lot of tolerance and leeway. But she responded “ He tolerates me as well. People forget that in a marriage, your partners have flaws but so do you. You both need to tolerate each other.” She is so right and doesn’t fail to acknowledge her flaws and all too. That is why she and her husband have been together for 35 years now and are still blissful.

@kokoyaro It is sad that you view men so negatively. It is true that men have a stronger sex drive than women do, but to say that men don’t yearn for companionship,love and all that is not true. Men need it just like anyone else.

@ArifWiwitan In more modern societies, men and women understand that both need to work in order to make ends meet. It is in more traditional societies where they expect the man to be the provider which I hope changes.
