  1. They most certainly do, along with an ability to get right into ours with just a stare. We have the ashes of our late cat in the house, and her surviving sister often sits by her, seemingly knowing she is there and seeking her company. Our one year old kitten, who thinks he is a dog, loves to play fetch and is able to command his humans to play when he is ready with just one brush of the leg. The humans may pay the bills, but they aren’t in charge in this house!
